2025 Cycle 1 Grants Announcement
The D’Addario Foundation is thrilled to announce its Cycle 1 2025 grants, awarding $169.4K in monetary funding and $62.8K in in-kind product donations to 99 community music education programs across 29 U.S. states and 9 countries. This critical funding will support an estimated 98,000 children worldwide, emphasizing the Foundation’s commitment to transforming lives through music.
Among the grantees, 77% are receiving renewed support, reflecting the Foundation’s dedication to fostering long-term relationships with impactful programs. This year’s grants also include 23% new recipients, such as Sistema Utah, a standout organization transforming lives through free intensive music education.
Spotlight: A New Grantee
Sistema Utah transforms young minds through free intensive music education, serving over 500 students at two Title I schools in West Valley City, where 84% identify as racial/ethnic minorities and 43% are English Language Learners. Their comprehensive youth development model combines rigorous musical training with academic support and social-emotional learning. They also provide essential wrap-around services including healthy snacks, homework help, parent education, and community resource connections.
